By ash // It's largely my baby, but smart ideas have come in from a bunch of friends - mainly from my (now graduated) undergrad year at the Department of Computing, Imperial College. In particular, TomC and Dave for asking for sound features, often which oppose one another, and thus encouraging me to give people choice. They also do a fine line in both helping me crack tricky problems and in winding me up, and thus motivating me, with examples of people who get it so wrong on the Web. The rest all know who they are, and will be thanked explicitly in time.
Special thanks go to Tom Ayles - another DoC-ite, who thought on his feet when I blasted away all the comments one time. By the power of Google I could recover them all bar a couple. In which case I should also thank the Google folk for having the largest damn disk array (behind a few governments, I presume) and for basically backing up the Web for us all B-). Google are also instrumental in driving traffic here in droves - which is a clear win for clean naming.
The final word - as always - in honour of my wife, Mary. She puts up with much tech-ing in the name of trying to build things right.
