We lived there
My wife and I rented a flat in Trellick Tower for a year. It was awesome - the sunsets and views made the full minute in the lift worth it. The queen mother's flypast swept low over us, we'd see medical emergency helicopters hovering below the level of our flat (only a couple of floors from the top).
